Our Primary School Parent Education Group is an inclusive space where learning meets empathy. Tailored for parents of children in grades 1-6, these sessions will be led by experienced Occupational Therapist, Carmen Houlihan who is passionate about empowering families. Here, you'll connect with other parents facing similar challenges and triumphs, fostering a supportive community dedicated to growth.

Our Kinder child Parent Education Group is an inclusive space where learning meets empathy. Tailored for parents of children in 3 and 4 year old kinder, these sessions will be led by experienced Occupational Therapist, Carmen Houlihan who is passionate about empowering families. Here, you'll connect with other parents facing similar challenges and triumphs, fostering a supportive community dedicated to growth.

What You’ll Gain:

• Understanding Regulation: the principles of emotional regulation in kinder children and how they impact children's daily interactions.

• Practical Strategies: Gain hands-on tools for supporting your child's emotional and developmental needs at home and in community environments ready for a successful transition to primary school
  nd appropriately to sensory input. We use a variety of techniques to help children develop the skills necessary to thrive in their environment.

Kinder Parent Program will be held on three consecutive Mondays : July 28th, August 4th and 11th. Each session runs from 12pm to 1:30 pm.

Primary School Parent Program will be held on three consecutive Wednesday Evenings : August 13th, 20th and 27th 2025 Each session runs from 6 pm to 7:30 pm.

Term 3 Programs cost $270 per participant.   

Parent Groups offer an affordable way for parents to get tailed highly skilled support that is relevant to their child and families needs. With groups limited to 6 participants, sessions are adapted to the needs of the participants in each program.  Each program allows for the same level of parent education that most parents would gain in 4-5 individual parent sessions at a fraction of the cost. 

To secure your place in one of our Term 3 Parent Support Group, simply follow these steps:

1. Visit the Booking Link: Head over to our online booking platform.
    
2. Select "Group sessions": Go to August 13th in the calendar for primary school bookings, or July 28th for Kinder parent bookings.
    
3. Confirm Your Spot: After selecting Session 1, follow the prompts to complete your booking. You'll receive a confirmation email with all the details you need in the coming weeks.
